With extensive experience more than 14 years in grassroots strategy implementation and in the operation and maintenance (O&M) of sustainable project systems, Mr. Shivam Mishra possesses a deep understanding of rural contexts. Mr. Shivam Mishra holds a prominent position in JPGGADF with prior experience having worked on projects funded by the Ministry of Rural Water Supply, Government of India, USAID, UNDP, SWSM and the Ministry of Food Processing has gained significant insight and understanding of both national and international project management requirements. Mr. Mishra's technical expertise encompasses water and sanitation sector reforms, the development of IEC (Information, Education and Communication) strategies and communication materials, media planning, strategy implementation and grassroots project execution. He has exhibited his capabilities of collaborating with various donor agencies, national government and private sector clients which equips him to manage complex assignments efficiently, delivering high-quality and timely results.

He has collaborated with several Consulting Companies, NGOs, INGOs and Government Agencies, contributing to thematic interventions such as livelihoods, health, women empowerment, children's education, water and sanitation and entitlement.

With a Master degree in Business Administration (Finance & Operations), Mr. Sumit Singh has an exhaustive experience of more than 8 years in maintaining comprehensive and accurate financial records using Tally Prime software, including the meticulous calculation of monthly GST payable and Input Tax Credit (ITC). Preparation of detailed tax invoices and proactively follow up with vendors for timely payment, ensuring the precise reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable, as well as debtor and creditor accounts. Conduct thorough bank statement reconciliations with the books of accounts and provide essential support to the Chartered Accountant (CA) in finalizing the company's financial records. He has a keen knowledge of diligently verifying vendor bills, processing payments, accurately record journal entries and efficiently generate tax invoices and e-way bills.
